Credits consumed for a failed generation are returned automatically after the task is reconciled.
Can I get a refund?+
Yes, within 14 days of purchase if none of that purchase’s credits have been used. Email hi@gangnamstyletrioai.com to request it, and approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Credits returned after a failed video count as unused.
